.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup (1 Sugar : 1 Water)
Garnish: Lime Wheel Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish.

1.5 oz Martí Auténtico Dorado
.75 oz Foro Dry Vermouth
.75 oz Orange Curacao
.75 oz Grenadine
Garnish: Orange Peel Stir all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain into a coupe glass & garnish.

1 oz Pineapple Juice
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.5 oz Simple Syrup
.25 oz Apricot Liqueur

.5 oz Simple Syrup (1 Sugar : 1 Water)
6-7 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Sprig In a Collins glass muddle the rum, lime juice, syrup and mint together. Add ice, top with soda water and garnish.

2 oz Martí Auténtico Dorado
.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
.75 oz Simple Syrup
2 Dashes Angostura Bitters
6 Mint Leaves
Garnish: Mint Leaf Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice until chilled. Strain into a coupe glass, top with champagne and garnish.
